Laundry is done on a site. That’s why we require a big and fully functional washer & dryer. This allows us to complete turnover on time.
We usually take 30–50 photos once cleaning is complete. Now you know what have been done and how your property looks

Greate house in a good neighborgood!
Everything was super clean and the house is big. Only issue is he could upgrade mattress since they are hard and cheap. Other then that very good house for what we paid!

Mykyta’s place is awesome! We went with kids and they had lot of space to roam around and everyone enjoyed. Squeaky clean. 20 minutes to Universal and Disney. Peaceful location. Will definitely recommend. Pool was looking clean too.

The house was spacious, clean, and conveniently located to all the grocery shopping. It was also a short drive to Disney World, about 15-20 min depending on traffic. Mykyta responded quickly to all the questions/concerns, and made sure we had a pleasant stay at his house. Would definitely recommended!

It was clean and felt like home away from home.. when i had questions i had fast responces.. the only scare we had was when a cop knocked on our door at lot 10pm to make us aware that someone was going around bracing into cars.. but other than that it was peaceful and clean and i would stay here again.. thanks for hosting us..

We really loved it, nice clean and cozy house, the amenities help a lot, the location is perfect, nice and quiet neighbourhood, minutes away from Disney. The host was very nice and responsive.
